Our Erasmus+ journey has been filled with incredible experiences and unforgettable moments! From the very first day, we’ve been exploring the beauty of Italy, immersing ourselves in its rich culture, history, and vibrant atmosphere.
We began our adventure with a visit to our partner school, I.S.I.S. Guglielmo Oberdan in Treviglio. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Italian teachers and students, who introduced us to the school’s environment and daily life. We toured the school, seeing classrooms, laboratories, and common areas. We also participated in ice-breaking activities that helped us get to know our Italian peers better. One of the highlights of the day was presenting and discussing the topic of fast fashion, its impact on the environment and society, which sparked many insightful conversations.
After our time at the school, we set off to explore Bergamo, a beautiful city full of ancient and medieval charm. We reached the Upper Town (Città Alta) by cable car, and wandered the old streets, surrounded by historic buildings and breathtaking views. On our way down, we admired the stunning Venetian Walls, which encircle the Old City and are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The following days brought even more adventures. We spent a day full of sports and integration with our Italian friends. The activities were a great chance to bond through friendly competition and teamwork. To end the day, we shared a delicious Italian lunch, enjoying great food and conversations that brought us even closer.
This journey has been filled with learning, fun, and cultural exchange, and we are excited for all the memories yet to come. The connections we’ve made with our peers, the stunning places we’ve visited, and the experiences we’ve shared will stay with us forever. We can’t wait for what’s next in this incredible adventure!
