On the sixth day of our Erasmus+ trip, we participated in some insightful classes with our German classmates. The day started with presentations about the many roles of trees, ranging from their medicinal properties to their positive effects on well-being. Each group had the opportunity to share their research on these important topics.
One of the most fun parts of the day was the tree-hugging competition, where we all got to demonstrate our appreciation for nature in a playful way!
Later, we had the opportunity to visit the famous Rammelsberg Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was fascinating to learn about the mining history of the region and explore the old tunnels and equipment. The visit was both educational and eye-opening, providing us with a deeper understanding of the region’s industrial past.
