The third day of the exchange began with a school meeting and a lesson with a native speaker, Mr. Alex McIntyre. His interactive and fun class helped the students improve their language skills while also fostering group integration.
Next, the students had the opportunity to meet Audrey – a student currently participating in the FLEX Abroad year-long program at CLV LO. Audrey shared her experiences of studying and living in Poland, providing a valuable comparative perspective for our Spanish guests.
Another highlight of the day was fulfilling the dream of our physics teacher, who had the chance to teach a lesson in Spanish. This was an interesting experience for both him and our Spanish guests, and the students eagerly participated in the lesson, combining learning with a language exchange.
In the afternoon, we visited the Zapiecek restaurant, where we enjoyed a special tasting of traditional Polish dishes. Our guests had the chance to try dishes such as borscht with dumplings and pierogi, giving them a taste of Polish cuisine and an insight into our culinary traditions.
Dzień 3 – 9 kwietnia (środa)
Trzeci dzień wymiany rozpoczęliśmy od spotkania w szkole, gdzie uczniowie mieli okazję uczestniczyć w lekcji z native speakerem – panem Alexem McIntyrem. Jego zajęcia pozwoliły uczniom rozwijać umiejętności językowe w sposób interaktywny i zabawny, co sprzyjało zarówno nauce, jak i integracji grupy.
Kolejnym punktem programu było spotkanie z Audrey – uczennicą, która aktualnie uczestniczy w rocznym programie FLEX Abroad w CLV LO. Audrey podzieliła się swoimi doświadczeniami związanymi z nauką i życiem w Polsce, co stanowiło ciekawy kontekst porównawczy dla naszych gości z Hiszpanii.
W dniu tym spełniło się także marzenie naszego fizyka, który miał okazję przeprowadzić lekcję po hiszpańsku, co było ciekawym doświadczeniem zarówno dla niego, jak i dla naszych hiszpańskich gości. Uczniowie z radością wzięli udział w lekcji, która połączyła naukę z międzynarodową wymianą językową.
