In class, we continued with social topics. Our discussions showed that, despite cultural differences, people everywhere are debating the quality of healthcare and the importance of clean air. We all agreed on the crucial role of education and how it must keep pace with the changes brought by artificial intelligence. In the afternoon, we visited the National Library of Ireland. Besides admiring its beautiful halls and impressive collections, we spent much time learning about the life, work, and legacy of Seamus Heaney, the Irish poet and Nobel Prize laureate in Literature (1995).
