Wednesday focused on cooperation, education, and integration between students and teachers from different countries.
At Alijó School, students participated in sports activities organized in international teams. Through games and teamwork, we practiced communication, collaboration, and fair play — important European values that connect us all.
Meanwhile, teachers exchanged experiences and presented educational systems from their countries and regions. These presentations allowed participants to compare teaching methods, school life, and educational opportunities across Europe.
Later, we visited different areas of the school, including the Reciclarte Project and the school museum. These visits showed us how creativity, sustainability, and local history are integrated into school life in Portugal.
The afternoon offered different activities depending on the group. Some students joined science laboratory activities, English games, and walking tours, while others spent time with host families, experiencing Portuguese everyday life and hospitality firsthand.
This day strengthened international cooperation and showed how education can unite young people from different cultures.
